Organization Registration

It's easy to register your group!

Just email: ribcity@rcgwest.com and request the Show Us Your Colors registration information


No limit to the amount you can earn. A fifty cent stamp is rewarded for every $10 dollars spent (food only, pre-taxed, does not include service fees or gratuity). Receipts have no cash value outside of this program and can only be redeemed through the participating Rib City locations.  No restrictions on which participating Rib City location you enjoy; Grand Junction, Fruita, Rifle, or if you dine in, take out or use Rib City for a special event catering.  All receipts are required to be redeemed by the end of each calendar year for accounting purposes. (Jan 1 thru Dec 31st) If your fundraising lasts longer or overlaps – simply cash in all receipts prior to deadline and continue collecting receipts until your campaign is completed.  Organizations must register before collecting receipts.  Organizations can register by emailing: ribcity@rcgwest.com and requesting Show Us Your Colors registration information.

  • Registrant must be over 18 years in age

  • Organization has to be a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit

  • Organization must email or mail the completed registration form and 501 (c) copy to:

  • Only a registered organization representative can redeem receipts

  • Rib City Grill reserves the right to end the program at any time with-out notice
