You know you’re in a great place to eat when your mouth starts watering seconds after you walk in the door. Chalk that up to the great smell of old fashioned barbecue coming from the kitchen at Rib City Grill. Owners, Mike Spradlin and Sara Martz, opened their first Rib City location in January 2004, in Grand Junction, Colorado. The Fruita and Rifle restaurants were opened shortly after, in 2005 and 2007.

Rib City offers everything from simple deliveries with set up, to on-site, full service catering for your group of any size. Whatever you're planning, we can design a custom menu to suit your needs and budget. We have options other than BBQ, and can accommodate most special requests. We can get you same day quotes, we’re happy to answer any questions, and to help make it easier, we don’t require a deposit. You can change your menu and your guest count up to 7 days prior to your event with no penalty.
